Caroline’s Pancake Gluten Free mix makes 25 fluffy pancakes.
YOU WILL NEED:
- 50g melted butter OR vegetable oil
- 495ml milk
- 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl, add the pancake mix, melted butter (OR vegetable oil), milk and egg. Mix well until well combined.
2. Heat a pan on medium heat and lightly oil. Pour or use a tablespoon to put the batter on the hot pan.
3. Cook till bubbles break on top and edges start to dry. Turn the pancake and cook the other side till golden brown.
INGREDIENTS:
Cassava flour, sugar, leavening agents, vanilla.
