Caroline’s Chocolate Gluten Free Cookies Mix makes 20 cookies.
YOU WILL NEED:
- 120g butter OR margarine
- 30ml water
- 1 egg
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the baking pan and lightly flour to avoid sticking or use parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, add the cookies mix, butter (OR margarine), water, egg. Mix until well combined to form a dough.
3. Create 20 round balls and place them on a baking tray. Press them a little bit to flatten.
4. Bake for about 9 to 10 minutes. Cool completely.
INGREDIENTS:
Cassava flour, sugar, leavening agents, cocoa, vanilla.
